After successful presentation of Navigator Business Campus concept to the client representatives and the Chairman of the Board of Directors H.E. Sheikh Faisal Bin Saqr Al Quasimi, the development was re-located to the new premium location on the Ma’arid Peninsula in the heart of Ras Al Khaimah.
Key Characteristics:
- The Design Concept to compliment and take advantage of its prestigious location and unique natural surroundings.
- To design a newly built Campus combining office space accommodation, residential and appropriate services to contribute to the creation of an environmentally friendly development amenable for working and living.
- To ensure a project payback period not greater than eight years.
- Marketing orientation preferably to international companies with headquarters in Dubai, offering “back offices” with competitive prices, easy accessibility, quick links between home, work and leisure activities, and a familiar neighborhood atmosphere.
- The delivery of the first phase during 2011; the whole project to be finished by 2013.
- Introduce an environmentally friendly concept of business and living combined with limitation of car transport and low energy consumption.
- An urban concept that enables flexible office and housing areas and lives up to market demands.
- High standards for all indoor and outdoor spaces.
